Improvement of mounting method of hard chromium plating on piston rod:

Hard chromium plating on medium and short piston rod is carried out by traditional method. It is easy to produce deviation on the grinding machine, which affects the service life. The piston rod of the new product is relatively long, and the uniformity of the coating thickness is high. It is required to directly plating the qualified uniform coating, not super thick, not grinding. After analysis and research, the horizontal rotary clamping chromium plating method was innovated. The uniform coating of the longer piston rod without local super thickness, taper and ellipticity was produced.
